Special note: Those doing the Champs swim meet Oct 9-11 will be doing different workouts than those posted below. Concentrate on your races, sprint to your heart’s content up through Wednesday. On Thursday, light sprints and lots of focus on turns (starts if you are at IVC). Friday meet warm up only.
