Workouts for the week of Feb 2-8, 2014
We workout Tuesday through Friday 5:30-6:30 and 8:30-9:30. Saturday workouts are 7-8:30 a.m. Please note, Saturdays have been getting a little crowded as have Tuesday mornings at 5:30! We’ll manage no matter how many, just want to alert you to the possibility of having 3-4 per lane.

- Wednesday – #300 Stroke, Negative Split
- Thursday – Backstroke Clinic
- Friday – #479 Shorty 2000
- Saturday – #477 Meet Warm Up Plus
If you are going to the meet on Sunday, and can’t make our workout Friday or Saturday, just do the recommended meet warm up that you’ll see in workout #477. Focus on some turns, finishes, and if you have access to blocks, some starts.
