Welcome to the last week of 2013 and first week of 2014. Here’s our line up for the week:

  • Tuesday, 12/31: 5:30-7:00 OR 8:00-9:30 a.m. Workout #472 All Strokes Aerobic
  • Wednesday, 1/1: 8:00-9:30 AND/OR 9:30-11:00. Ok for back-to-back workouts. Workout #473 New Year’s Day Challenges
  • Thursday, 1/2: Normal schedule of 5:30-6:30 OR 8:30-9:30 a.m. Workout #198 Easy Recovery Workout
  • Friday, 1/3: Normal schedule of¬†5:30-6:30 OR 8:30-9:30 a.m. Workout #204 Stroke Technique. With Coach Lea Reizman
  • Saturday, 1/4:¬†Normal schedule of 7-8:30 a.m. Workout #202 Prep 50 Sprint. With Coach Jack Naylor
