As we begin December, we are focusing on two upcoming postals. During the month of December we have the 400 Kick For Time and in January we have the 1-hour swim. We’ll still mix in speed work, stroke and IM work, but we will be sure and focus on building your kicking speed and stamina, and building you up for the 1-hour swim.
Tuesday – #117b Timed 15-minute swim
Thursday – #221 Middle Distance Broken Sets
Friday – #465 Free & Stroke
Saturday – #220 Distance Free
