The Swymnuts came out in force for the Sacramento Pentathlon, a very fast meet (over in 2.5 hours) that is really a ton of fun. We had a nice warm day (but not killer) and so much fun cheering on our first time meet swimmer Janet Cho. She was AWESOME. Thanks to Coach Susie, Janet learned to dive three days before this meeting, getting a lesson from Susie, and then practicing 3 hours on her own! It paid off with her start solid on her 50 Free and an even faster 50 free on the relay! Janet says she is hooked and planning to attend more meets. “Look out” to her gutter buddies, because she is going to hook you in!
